Costs are in Euros excluding VAT/IVA (20%) on the basis of 1500 characters including spaces. For first time users, there is a €30 processing fee, which includes a free copy of English for Research Papers written by the founder of English for Academics and published by Springer.

Do NOT include in the calculation those parts of the document (eg the references in a paper, your publications in a CV) that you do NOT want us to correct. When you send us your document, please highlight in red those parts that we should not correct.

How to submit a paper

Before you send your paper We work best if we can see the complete paper, including bibliography, figures and tables. These will help us to understand your work better. Highlight in red any parts that you do NOT want us to correct or translate (for example, references, tables). Remove any photographs and graphics that significantly increase the size of the document. If you wish, remove any personal information (names, emails addresses). Use 'Word Count' in the 'Tools' menu of Word to do a character count of those parts of the paper you want us to correct. Choose 'Characters (no spaces)' and then calculate the cost.

Please send with your paper The referee’s report if you have already submitted your paper to publication. Any pdf files of papers or links to papers written by native English speakers in your specific field of research. This will help us understand your manuscript better and enable us to suggest possible corrections.
